No. Anyone whose work involves visibility, perception, and leadership benefits. CEOs, speakers, and artists all train here.
Do I need a scene prepared?
No. I cast the scenario based off your ability, your reason for rehearsing, and your specific goals. Your arena may include scripted work; it may include improv and live audience feed back. You’ll be well prepared for what to expect by the time of rehearsal. You’ll have input on the type of experience you will be immersed in. I take care of the rest.
Is this therapy?
Yes and no. This is energy balance, yes, but also disciplined rehearsal. You’ll experience emotional release, but through action. Quick response and readjustment. Realignment.
