Do I need a scene prepared?
No. I cast the scenario based off your ability, your reason for rehearsing, and your specific goals. Your arena may include scripted work; it may include improv and live audience feed back. You’ll be well prepared for what to expect by the time of your rehearsal. You have input on the type of experience you will be immersed in. I take care of the rest.
Is this therapy?
Yes and no. This is energy balance, and also craft. You’ll experience emotional release, but this is through direction—quick response and readjustment. Realignment. Counseling is given as a byproduct of alignment.
